Organic catering with local products.


An increasing number of customers accept a seasonal menu from local suppliers producing 
organic food.

The Uckermark region with its lakes, smooth hills and long tree-lined roads situated only 70 
kilometres north of Berlin is pleased to show its scenery and treasures.  Sheep-milk cheese 
from a shepherd, fallow deer from the surrounding woods and smoked pollan. 

This is how the network of organic catering developed a long time ago. Game, herbs, 
vegetables and fish fresh from the Uckermark region - last year, about 80% of all 
ingredients came from strictly controlled organic agriculture.
