Drivers, kitchen assistants, cooks, event technicians, and supporting staff – all of them work behind
the scenes and support the waiters and waitresses who, in doing so, enable them to provide patient,
unobtrusive service and leave the right space for every single detail.
Events consist of weeks of planning, days of construction and deconstruction and often only very few
hours of stage, lights and party. Therefore, every member of the team knows their importance and
role – natural friendliness, unpretentious professionalism and helpful humaneness easily
complement each other.
The customer is king – but first-class service does not only consist of serving the customer, it also
